Terms & Conditions


We offer a 14 day return policy. Personalised products may not be returned unless faulty. Where possible, we would ask that you return the item(s) with the original packaging.


-Email dara@refresh-pc.co.uk prior to returning any items
-Stating Name, Order Number & Reason for Return for approval

Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email confirming the return.  Simply post your items back to us at Refresh Technology, 1 Glen Road, Maghera, BT46 5AW. Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the order value, less the original shipping, to the original purchasing card.


Please Note

Items must be returned in good, saleable condition. We recommend all returns are sent by a recorded delivery service with tracking and scanning. Refresh Technology does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post. Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Refresh Technology. Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with. Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete. Refresh Technology does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.



All our reconditioned phones are sold with a 6 month comprehensive warranty. This excludes faults relating to physical or accidental damage or if the device is opened whilst in your possession. If the nature of the repair falls outside the terms of your warranty or guarantee, then you may incur a charge for the repair.  If you take your device to a third party repairer, this will void the warranty on your device. All software related repairs will not be covered by our warranty. The warranty for refurbished phones and tablets sold by Refresh Technology differs depending on the device and only covers manufacturing defects. If the fault is not related to this or happens outside of the warranty period, an extra cost may occur. It does not cover physical or accidental damage. With all refurbished devices sold by Refresh Technology, the battery will only be covered by a 3-month warranty maximum. If you purchase a refurbished mobile device from Refresh Technology and you accidentally damage the device this will void all warranty. If after this you purchase a repair from Refresh Technology, if applicable you will be covered under a new repair warranty. If the device is damaged it shall not be covered under warranty.

All warranty claims have to be reported within the warranty period and returned to our premises within two weeks from this date. 
Please note a few faults are not covered by warranty as manufacturing defects, these include: Finger Print fault, WiFi faults caused by software updates, date and time faults caused by iOS updates. If the device you returned has been reset we will need the iCloud / Google account information to be able to test the device, without this account information we will not provide a warranty. Warranty on all accessories sold by Refresh Technology is 60 days.


Order Fulfilment and Cancellations

If for whatever reason Refresh Technology cannot fulfil your order, Refresh Technology reserves the right to cancel your order and within a minimum of 48 hours a refund and credit note will be created against the order made.


Free Shipping Promotion

We offer free shipping on shipments to all addresses within the UK on orders over £100.

We provide free same day local delivery to BT46 area if ordered before 2pm.


Delivery Exceptions / Returned to Sender

If for whatever reason our courier company is unable to deliver to you, they will normally attempt to re-deliver your order. But in some instances, if they are continuously unsuccessful they may return the product to us. Any charges incurred to Refresh Technology for unreasonable storage days or additional storage is payable by the customer.

  • To access and use this web site, you need to accept our terms and conditions, including those of privacy.
  • You warrant that the Personal Information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and you will notify us immediately of any changes to the Personal Information by contacting our Customer Service Representatives by e-mail. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
